Prices for 2008

Prices are per week for ten people in self catering accommodation

Low season. 29th March to 24th May then 20th September onwards £950 per week
Mid season.

24 th May to 28th June then 30th August to 20 th September

£1,600 per week
High season. 28th June to 30th August £2,400 per week
1. How to book
Before sending your completed booking form and deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday, telephone me 0033 (0) 475904392 to make sure the dates you want are still available. I will then hold the property for 7 days to allow time for them to arrive.
The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
You may pay by Cheque in the following currencies: Sterling ((UK Pounds), Euros, US Dollars, or travelers’s cheques, made payable to Yvonne Sparks.

4. Arrival and departure
The house is available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday except in high season when the minimum stay is two weeks.
Arrival time is from 5pm on Saturday. You can arrange to drop of your luggage in the pavilion from 3pm if you wish to do a grocery shop but let me know in advance.
Departure time is by 10am on Saturday, to give us sufficient time to clean and prepare for the arrival of the new houseguests.
2 .Cancellation
Should you have to cancel for any reason please let me know as soon as possible to give me maximum time to re let the property, should I be successful I will pay to you what money I have been successful in acquiring for that period.		 5. Included in the Price.
The use of all bed linen including towels and pool towels. Which are changed for you each week. Electricity, gas and central heating when necessary and of course a welcome hamper of immediate essentials. A Cot and high chair are available. Due to new E.U. health and Safety rules, pushchairs are no longer provided.
3 .Refundable breakage reserve.
A fully refundable breakage reserve of £400 is required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded to you no later than 2 weeks after your departure, less the cost of any breakages, losses or damage caused to the property or its contents during your stay. (We do not deduct for minor breakages i.e. glasses, plates, cups etc). 		The pool of which you have sole use is officially open from the end of April until the end of September, and is maintained daily by us usually early in the morning.
The contract between us shall be subject to the above terms and conditions and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
